Special designed super heavy duty frame, heavy duty press beam, integrated heavy duty rail base, belt feeding.
Frame is after annealing treatment, with high stability. New exterior design.
Full intelligent control system, with 15 kinds of powerful functions, real-time data transmission, real-time checking of equipment status, production report can be obtained with one click.
Except laser system, equipped with PUR/EVA gluing system.
Gluing system: upper glue pot+ EVA granule fast melting device. Reserved PUR import port. Add an optional PUR injector, then can use EVA/PUR with same glue pot.
Patented laser system, good for ABS, PP and PMMA tape.
Servo control tape feeding, more accurate, tape saving
Independent two rails three motors end cutting. It shortens panel distance and for smaller panel size.
Rough trimming+ two positions fine trimming. With visible readout, thick and thin tapes can be switched easily which improves efficiency greatly.
