Applications:

1. Membrane Press (vacuum press): This method is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard and other materials with thickness from 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm, width of 1260mm and 1400mm, and length of 100 m to 300 m per roll, for making doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture and other items. It is also capable of covering embossed boards and five flat surfaces at one go.

2. Wrapping Profiles: This application is used to cover all kinds of profiles including wood, aluminum and PVC, with thickness ranging from 0.12mm to 0.18mm, width from 40mm to 1260mm and length from 300 m to 800 m per roll, for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and other items.

3. Cold Laminating: By using this process, panels like wood, steel, aluminum and PVC with thickness between 0.12mm to 0.20mm, width from 1240mm to 1260 mm, and length from 300m to 500 m per roll, can be used for doors and furniture decorations.

4. Hot Laminating: This type of drive uses 0.16mm to 0.30mm thick PVC, steel and aluminum panels with width of 1260mm and length from 200m to 300m per roll, for doors, skirting and other construction related elements.

5. Self-adhesive: Lastly, this self-adhesive type of paper has thickness from 0.10mm to 0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm, and length from 5m to 50m per roll, which can be used for furniture and indoor decoration.
