Working Principle of Fish Food, Cat Food, and Dog Food Pellet Extruders
1) After the material is fed into the feeder, it is extruded by the screw shaft under high pressure and high temperature, ensuring the raw material is fully cooked and sterilized.
2) The compressed material is then molded into pellets. Different molds can be used to produce pellets of different diameters. Finally, a cutting device cuts the formed pellets into different lengths as needed.
