Working Principle
The single screw floating fish food pellet maker machine operates through a continuous extrusion process:
Raw materials are fed into the hopper
Materials are mixed and conditioned
The screw compresses and heats the materials
High pressure and temperature cause expansion
Pellets are shaped and cut
Finished pellets are discharged and cooled
The expansion process creates a porous structure, allowing pellets to float on water.
