Float Tilapia Portable Dry Sinking Fish Food Pellet Extruder Machine
MIKIM Automatic Dog/Cat/Shrimp Feed Food Making Machine. Floating fish feed pellet extruder machine is feed extrusion equipment. A variety of shapes can be produced, and molds can be customized according to requirements. The product outlet is equipped with a variable frequency rotary cutting device, which can adjust the blade rotation speed to control the cutting speed and length. Feed extruder machine has high output and stable operation. The main components are made of alloy materials and refined through heat treatment. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance and long service life.
Key Features
The soft knife is fitted to achieve stepless speed change, which can cut the output into the required length products and is not easy to produce burrs.
The design is novel and unique, the structure is simple, easy to install and disassemble, and easy to operate.
The screw sleeve and screw are made of wear-resistant and high-temperature alloy steel materials, and are formed by heat treatment, which has the advantages of wear resistance and long life.
A unique booster die device is installed inside to ensure the feed yield and quality; and an electric heating device is equipped to improve the feed expansion rate.
The main motor adopts a high-quality Y series three-phase motor to ensure strong power.
The speed-adjusting feeding device is more convenient to operate, the feeding is uniform, and the machine is prevented from being blocked.
The discharge template is easy to replace. If you need feed with different apertures, you only need to replace the required aperture template.
The floating granular extruded feed produced can float on the water surface, which is easy to digest for fish and poultry and livestock. It is easy to observe the food intake of frogs and fish by humans, and it will not cause feed waste.
It can produce sinking aquatic products, poultry and livestock pellet feed.
The screw adopts a split structure, which is easy to clean and replace.
Applications
Uses corn, soybean (bean cake) animal scraps, etc. as raw materials, and is suitable for the production of feed with different pet flavors such as dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, shrimps, dogs, cats, minks, foxes, etc.
Suitable for farmers and small and medium-sized feed factories. The feed is neatly formed and smooth, it floats on the water surface without sinking for more than 12 hours, does not pollute water sources, and sterilizes to reduce fish diseases.
