Twin-Screw floating fish feed extruder
MIKIM twin screw extruder is mainly used for the production and processing of various Pet food. It can be configured with two density control systems, vacuum pumping and pressurization, combined with a fully automatic control system to ensure equipment stability and improve the quality of extruded products.

The new Twin screw fish feed extruder machine adopts a 20:1 aspect ratio and a stable screw combination technology, which can leverage the advantages of floating and settling aquatic feed production capacity. It produces seawater floating fish feed, with a production capacity 15~20% higher than similar models at home and abroad, and a power consumption of 23~25kW. h/t per ton;
♦Wide processing range and low production cost
The processing scope covers various high, medium, and low-grade formula floating materials, sinking materials, and slow sinking materials; Can produce small particles with 0.6mm mold hole floatability and 0.8mm mold hole sinkability; In recent years, through technological innovation, the H series twin screw extruder has effectively solved the problems of poor water stability, particle uniformity, and aesthetic appearance encountered in the production of low starch formulas, improved the feeding and digestion utilization efficiency of aquatic animals, and improved the growth performance and quality of aquatic animals;

Adopting fully kneaded screw technology, stable screw configuration, high-precision screw and inner sleeve, as well as dual template discharge device, to optimize the pressure distribution before the mold and ensure particle uniformity;
♦Good ripening effect of puffed particles
Equipped with an efficient three-axis quenching and tempering device with a unique water vapor co entry structure, it ensures full mixing of water vapor and materials. EDEM software simulation technology is used to partition the functions of the quenching and tempering device, optimize blade layout, improve material filling, extend effective quenching and tempering time, and improve the quenching and tempering effect;
♦Stable operation, safety and reliability, and low failure rate
The gearbox designed and processed according to European and American standards adopts 5-grade high-precision gears, equipped with brand bearings and oil seals, ensuring efficient transmission and stable and reliable operation. The new fully wear-resistant alloy screw has a lifespan of over 50000 tons.
