This single screw floating fish feed making machine is widely used for producing maize flour, soybean flour or compound powder, wheat bran into high grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, dog,.cat etc. The puffing fish feed pellets can float on the water surface for over12 hours without water polution.
1) The pellet can float over the water for 24hours, thus keeper can observe fish eating situation;
2) Also the pellet is high temperature puffing extruded, so the bacteria will be killed, will keep the feed health and easy to digest.

1.Add the raw materials and water required for the production of feed into the flour mixer and mix them quickly and evenly.
2.Put the ingredients that have been stirred evenly into the pet feed extruder to make feed particles.
3.Put the feed particles expanded by the single screw floating fish food maker machine into the dryer for drying processing.
4.Put the dried feed particles into the seasoning machine; add the seasoning with a good proportion for rolling seasoning.
5.After the seasoning processing is completed, pour out the feed particles from the seasoning machine.
