The MIKIM pellet production line can be customized and modularized based on the customer's raw materials, specific process requirements, plant structure, and height.
Rice husk, as an emerging biomass pellet raw material, offers advantages such as ease of collection, low cost, small particle size, and excellent forming quality. Its mass accounts for approximately one-fifth of the total mass of rice, and its abundant resources offer broad application prospects.
Rice husk pellet production lines are primarily categorized as pure rice husk fuel production lines, mixed rice husk and other agricultural and forestry waste pellet production lines, rice husk feed production lines, and rice husk organic fertilizer production lines.
Currently, since the primary application of rice husk pellet production lines is fuel pellet production, our solutions are primarily focused on fuel rice husk pellets. If your application differs, please contact us directly and our technical consultants will provide you with a customized solution.
1. Screening: Removes impurities such as stones and iron from rice husks. (This process is not required if the raw material is clean rice husks or biomass.)
2. Pelletizing: The cleaned rice husks are transported to a silo, from which they are transported to a rice husk pellet machine for pelletizing.
3. Cooling: The rice husk pellets are very hot after pelletizing and need to be cooled in a pellet cooler.
4. Screening: Unqualified pellets are screened out, while qualified pellets proceed to the packaging process or to the finished product warehouse.
5. Packaging: If you are selling rice husk pellets, you will need a packaging machine to package them.
