The end products would be discharged smoothly and neatly via a disc-style discharging pellets. > A dual lubrication system is equipped - grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. Both equipment are equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection, which can prevent equipment failures caused by poor lubrication efficiently. Moreover, a cooling fan is installed with the gear box lubrication pump that can cool down the lubricating oil without having to halt the machine, guaranteeing long-term operation. > The ring die comes in two types - one forged by alloy steel and one crafted by stainless steel material that have been quenched in a vacuum furnace. As a result, it has a uniform hardness, no breakage and super wear-resistant. In addition, the die holes are crafted by high-speed gun drilling with even arrangement and smooth interior; in which it can be applied both on the bottom and the top.
