The XGJ850 Wood Pellet Machine is a high-efficiency vertical ring die biomass pelletizing equipment independently developed and patented for medium to large-scale biomass fuel production lines. Equipped with a 220KW rated power main motor, this industrial pellet mill achieves a stable production capacity of 2.5 to 3.5 tons per hour, perfectly meeting the continuous production demands of biomass processing factories, renewable energy plants, and agricultural waste recycling enterprises. It effectively processes diverse raw materials including wood sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shells, palm fiber, and other agricultural and forestry residues. The finished wood pellets feature high density, smooth surface, low moisture content, and excellent combustion performance, which are widely used for residential heating, industrial boiler fuel, power generation, and animal bedding.
This XGJ850 pellet mill is specially designed for biomass compression molding, completing automatic feeding, rolling pressing, high-density molding, and finished pellet discharging in one continuous workflow. It realizes intelligent continuous production with low manual intervention. The machine can stably produce cylindrical biomass pellets with a diameter of 4-12mm. The finished pellets have uniform particle size, high hardness, and low ash content, fully meeting EU and international biomass fuel standards. In addition, it supports flexible adjustment of production speed and compression ratio according to different raw material characteristics to ensure optimal molding effect for various materials.
