1. Raw Material Adaptation & Processing: Efficiently processes various biomass materials with a moisture content of 8%-15% and particle size ≤5mm, including wood waste (sawdust, wood chips, bark), agricultural waste (rice husk, peanut shell, crop stalks), and other difficult-to-mold materials, eliminating the need for additional adhesives due to the natural lignin in raw materials that softens and binds particles under high pressure and friction.

High-Pressure Pellet Forming: Utilizes high pressure and friction generated by rotating rollers and fixed ring die to compress raw materials into uniform, high-density pellets (density 1.1-1.4 t/m³) with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm (adjustable according to user needs). The pellets are firm, low-moisture, and high-calorific, ensuring excellent combustion performance and easy storage and transportation.

Intelligent Control & Overload Protection: Equipped with an upgraded electrical control system and automatic frequency converter that intelligently senses current load and adjusts feeding speed automatically, reducing frequency and unloading under overcurrent conditions to protect the motor and reducer. The full-cycle overload protection system responds to foreign object jamming or sudden load increases in milliseconds, cutting off power instantly to avoid motor burnout.
