Product Overview
The XGJ700 Wood Pellet Machine is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade vertical ring die pellet mill engineered for medium to large-scale biomass pellet production. Designed with a vertical centrifugal feeding system, it efficiently processes a wide range of raw materials—including hardwood sawdust, softwood chips, rice husks, straw, palm fiber, and other agricultural residues—into high-density, uniform fuel pellets. Powered by a robust 132kW/160kW main motor, the XGJ700 delivers a production capacity of 1.2 – 2.5 tons per hour (depending on material density and moisture content), making it an ideal solution for biomass energy plants, wood processing factories, feed mills, and commercial pellet export operations.
Key Features & Functions:
Vertical Centrifugal Feeding Design – Raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber vertically, utilizing centrifugal force for uniform distribution across the ring die, preventing blockage and ensuring stable output.
Double-Layer Reversible Ring Die – Made from high-alloy stainless steel, the die features two working layers. When the top layer wears down, simply flip it to use the bottom layer, effectively doubling the die service life and reducing operating costs.
Automatic PLC-Controlled Lubrication System – Greases main shaft bearings and rollers automatically at set intervals, eliminating manual lubrication, reducing downtime, and extending component life.
High-Alloy Steel Rollers – Precision-engineered rollers with superior wear resistance maintain optimal compression pressure for processing both soft and hard-to-pelletize materials.
Integrated Cooling & Dust Extraction – Built-in air cooling and dust collection system prevents overheating, keeps the working environment clean, and ensures consistent pellet quality even in high-temperature climates.
Customizable Pellet Diameter – Interchangeable ring dies allow production of pellets in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm diameters to meet different market demands (heating, feed, BBQ, etc.).
