The primary function of the XGJ700 is mechanical densification. By applying extreme pressure through rotating rollers against a stationary ring die, the machine compresses loose biomass fibers into cylindrical pellets.During this process, the natural lignin in the wood is softened by the heat generated from friction , acting as a natural binder. The result is a smooth, high-density pellet with a high caloric value, low moisture content, and standardized size for easy transport and automated feeding.
