The Composite Autoclave is a specialized curing pressure autoclave designed for curing carbon fiber composites and other materials. It features an automated pressure control system and an open door that can be opened either manually or hydraulically. It is equipped with vacuum degree of -0.098 Mpa(Absolute pressure), and is made of either Q345R, SS304, 316 or ASME grade materials. The heating rate (empty load) ranges from 0 to 7°C per minute, and the heating is done via electricity. This composite curing autoclave is ideal for use in the production of carbon fiber parts, and offers a superior automated pressure control system and superior temperature control, making it ideal for composite applications.
