4. Stable & Safe Heating & Wiring System

The glue pot shares the edge bander’s heating control logic, with aviation plug terminals for simple, error-proof wiring. Independent heating zones for glue tray, glue hose and glue pot support precise temperature regulation.

Complete standardized glue change workflow on the touch panel: automatic barrel lifting, residual glue exhaust, pressure plate maintenance and glue barrel replacement. Equipped with exhaust device to balance internal barrel pressure and avoid glue overflow. High-temperature yellow grease lubrication for sealing rings extends service life of sealing components.
6. Adjustable Installation Structure for Universal Matching
Comes with fixed mounting bracket and U-shaped adapter plate compatible with most mainstream edge banders. Three adjustable screws control glue pot height; movable guide plate adapts to different panel processing requirements (higher for forward feeding, lower for backward feeding). A limit switch is pre-installed for safe automatic operation.

Standard Operation Workflow

1. Startup & Preheating

• Turn on main power supply and activate touchscreen system
• Set target temperature for glue plate and glue hose on screen
• Start heating switch, wait 10–15 mins until indicator light turns green
• Dispensing function is ready for formal production

2. Automatic Glue Removal (Self-Cleaning Function)

• Open main menu and enter parameter page
• Input access password: 6666 to unlock settings
• Set production batch quantity (1–2pcs for thin panels, 3pcs for multi-layer boards)
• Adjust glue removal delay to avoid incomplete glue recovery before board finishing
• System auto-recovers residual glue after batch processing, no manual roller cleaning needed

3. Glue Replacement Procedure

• Trigger barrel lifting program on touchscreen when low-glue alert flashes
• Lift pressure plate slightly, open exhaust valve to balance barrel internal pressure
• Fully raise the pressure plate, remove empty glue barrel
• Coat sealing ring with high-temperature yellow grease, install new glue barrel
• Lower pressure plate and lock handle, close exhaust valve to finish replacement

4. Switch Between PUR & EVA
- EVA to PUR: Fully exhaust leftover EVA glue, remove glue hose, empty all residual adhesive, then install PUR barrel and activate PUR heating parameters
- PUR to EVA:  Consume all remaining PUR glue first before loading EVA adhesive, enable EVA heating switch and adjust corresponding temperature values
