Our products are good at :
1. It adopts the method of off-line dust cleaning in separate rooms, which has high dust removal efficiency and less secondary dust adsorption. At the same time, it effectively reduces equipment energy consumption. The fatigue degree of filter bags and pulse valves is correspondingly reduced, and the filter bags and valves are doubled. The life of the film greatly reduces the cost of equipment operation and maintenance. The entire equipment is controlled by a PLC machine to realize automatic dust removal, ash unloading, automatic temperature control and over-temperature reporting, and temperature, material level and other sensors can be added according to user requirements Alarm control
2. Using long filter bags, the equipment occupies less area under the same processing capacity; the filter bag mouth adopts a spring tension structure, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, and has good airtightness.
3. The ash hopper air intake structure is adopted, and the coarser large particles directly fall into the ash hopper, which effectively protects the filter bag.
4. The maintenance and replacement of bags can be carried out in separate rooms under the conditions of non-stop system fan and normal system operation, which effectively improves work efficiency.
5. The box body is designed for airtightness, and leak detection with kerosene to ensure the tightness.
