Breaking the stiffness of standard T/C blends, this fabric undergoes mercerizing, sanding, and napping. Mercerizing adds a subtle sheen and strength, while sanding and napping create a plush micro-fleece texture that feels incredibly soft, smooth, and non-irritating against the skin.

2. Ultra-High Density (170x87) & Lightweight (125gsm)
The dense 170x87 construction paired with 125gsm ensures a tight, fine surface. It provides excellent breathability for spring and summer while ensuring complete opacity to prevent sheer-through issues.

3. Pre-Shrunk & Stentered – Minimal Shrinkage
Treated with pre-shrinking, washing, and stentering, the internal fiber tension is fully released. This guarantees extremely low shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability after repeated machine washing, keeping garments neat and crisp.

Q1: What’s the difference between poplin, twill and oxford weave for work shirts?
 Poplin: smooth thin plain weave, lightweight, for office corporate shirts
 Twill: diagonal texture, high abrasion resistance, ideal for factory workshop uniforms
 Oxford: basket weave, stiff texture, stain-resistant for hotel & catering staff shirts

Q2: Is the fabric pre-shrunk? 
 All stock fabrics are finished with full pre-shrinking.

Q4: What’s the MOQ for stock fabric and custom dyed fabric?
 Stock ready goods MOQ: 1 roll ( about 100 meters per roll ) .
 Custom dyed MOQ: 1000 meters per color

Q5: How long is the production lead time?
 Stock fabric: ship within 1–3 working days after deposit. 
 Custom dyed: 7–12 working days after lab dip approval.

Q6: What’s your standard export packing method?
 Each roll is lined with paper tube, wrapped by PE film, then covered with PP woven bag.
