Vat dyeing ensures deep, even color penetration that won't fade. Mercerizing gives the surface a pearl-like luster — the light mint green glows subtly under light, fresh yet sophisticated.

Alkali-softened, drapey like silk
Alkali weight reduction softens the polyester fibers, and combined with 60% cotton's natural comfort, the fabric feels soft and drapes beautifully. No stiffness against the skin, just smooth fluid lines.

    Stock fabric: ship within 1–3 working days after deposit. 
    Custom dyed: 7–12 working days after lab dip approval.

Q6: What’s your standard export packing method?
    Each roll is lined with paper tube, wrapped by PE film, then covered with PP woven bag.
