Sanded & napped, double-soft like peach skin
Sanded to raise a fine short nap, then napped for an even fuller, softer surface. The fabric feels plush and cozy like peach skin against the body — warm and comfortable, perfect for cooler days or air-conditioned spaces.

Ultra-high 170 warp density, crisp and structured
At 170 ends per inch, this fabric is significantly tighter than standard shirting. The twill construction keeps it crisp and structured with sharp shoulder lines that hold all day.

    Poplin: smooth thin plain weave, lightweight, for office corporate shirts
   Twill: diagonal texture, high abrasion resistance, ideal for factory workshop uniforms
   Oxford: basket weave, stiff texture, stain-resistant for hotel & catering staff shirts

Q4: What’s the MOQ for stock fabric and custom dyed fabric?
    Stock ready goods MOQ: 1 roll ( about 100 meters per roll ) .
    Custom dyed MOQ: 1000 meters per color

Q5: How long is the production lead time?
    Stock fabric: ship within 1–3 working days after deposit. 
    Custom dyed: 7–12 working days after lab dip approval.

Q6: What’s your standard export packing method?
    Each roll is lined with paper tube, wrapped by PE film, then covered with PP woven bag.
