Installation Guide
1. Post Foundation Setup
Determine your fence line. Secure the WPC post sleeves over internal steel/aluminum inserts anchored into concrete foundations, or dig post holes at a fixed span. The precise distance between posts must match the customized length of your 150x20mm fence boards plus the required expansion gaps.
2. Fixing the Bottom Rail
Install the aluminum or metal bottom U-channel between the posts. Ensure it is perfectly level using a spirit level. This rail provides solid structural support for the entire weight of the interlocking fence boards.
3. Sliding the 150x20mm Boards
Slide the first 150x20mm WPC board down through the post channels into the bottom rail. Check for level. Proceed to slide the subsequent boards down sequentially. Keep a steady pace and do not force them tightly against the inside of the post--maintain the 3-5mm expansion gap at both ends.
4. Installing Mid-Rails and Spacers
For fences higher than 1.5 meters, insert an internal wind-resistance mid-rail or specific structural brackets as supplied in our one-stop system. If your fence design requires gaps between boards rather than a solid privacy wall, install our dedicated plastic/metal spacers between each board layer.
5. Securing the Top Rail and Post Caps
Once the final board is placed, slide the aluminum top rail over the top board to lock the system vertically. Fasten the rail securely to the posts. Finally, pop or glue the matching post caps onto the top of the WPC posts to seal the system from rain and moisture.
