How to Install

1. Acclimatization & Precision Cutting

Lay UV boards flat on-site for 24+ hours to acclimate to indoor humidity. Cut panels using a portable marble cutter with a fine-tooth alloy saw blade. Deduct 1-2mm from actual length and width to leave a micro-gap for natural thermal expansion.

2. Dual-Component Adhesive Application

Wipe dust off the board back. Do not use only one glue type. Implement the "Dual-Adhesive Method": apply large dots of heavy-duty nail-free glue for instant, slip-free wall positioning, and continuous waves of neutral silicone structural adhesive along edges for 10+ years of tensile strength.

3. Panel Bedding & Air Evacuation

Align the prepped board to the wall. Press firmly from the center outward to evacuate trapped air. Gently tap with a rubber mallet (wrapped in soft cloth to protect the high-gloss UV layer) to flatten adhesive to a uniform 1-2mm thickness, ensuring a 100% full-surface bond.

4. Profile Jointing & Edge Trimming

Install specialized aluminum alloy or premium PVC H-trims and corner profiles at panel joints and corners. For a seamless minimalist look, maintain a uniform 1.5textmm gap between panels and fill later with color-matched anti-mildew sealant or epoxy grout.

5. Structural Curing & Film Stripping

Allow the adhesive to cure undisturbed at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours; avoid any mechanical stress or vibration. Once fully cured, strip the protective PE film from the bottom upward to reveal the high-gloss, scratch-resistant mirror finish.
