How to Install

1. Acclimatization & Precision Cutting

Lay UV boards flat on-site for 24+ hours to acclimate to indoor humidity. Cut panels using a portable marble cutter with a fine-tooth alloy saw blade. Deduct 1-2mm from actual length and width to leave a micro-gap for natural thermal expansion.

2. Dual-Component Adhesive Application

Wipe dust off the board back. Do not use only one glue type. Implement the "Dual-Adhesive Method": apply large dots of heavy-duty nail-free glue for instant, slip-free wall positioning, and continuous waves of neutral silicone structural adhesive along edges for 10+ years of tensile strength.

3. Panel Bedding & Air Evacuation
