How to Install
1) Jointing Methods
Connector joint: Use matching metal/plastic internal/external connectors. Pre-drill holes + fix with stainless steel self-tapping screws.
Adhesive bonding: Apply WPC-specific adhesive/structural glue. Clean → glue → join → clamp → cure (24h).
45° miter joint: Cut ends at 45° for corners; secure with angle brackets and screws.
2) Fixing Methods (Wall/Ceiling/Partition)
Clip-on (quick install): Use aluminum spring clips to attach directly to metal studs/frames; no screws, removable.
Bracket/angle fix: Use stainless steel L-brackets. Pre-drill tube walls, fasten to wall/ceiling substrate.
Pipe clamps/hangers: For horizontal runs, use U-clamps/hangers on light steel keels; spacing ≤60cm.
Post mounting (fence/grille): Embed posts in concrete or fix to ground with flange plates + expansion bolts.
3) Key Installation Tips
Cutting: Use fine-tooth saw/circular saw; keep cuts clean and deburred.
Expansion gap: Leave 3–5mm between tubes for thermal expansion.
Pre-drill: Always pre-drill before screwing (hole ≈ 3/4 screw diameter) to avoid cracking.
Drainage: Install outdoor tubes with slight slope or drill drain holes to prevent water buildup/mold.
