Production Process
Flat Lamination
Coat the furniture panel with professional adhesive.
Lay the PVC film flat on the substrate and laminate with a flat lamination machine.
Use a press roller to remove air bubbles and achieve a perfectly smooth finish.
Membrane Press
Heat the PVC film to activate the adhesive layer.
Position the film evenly over the cabinet surface.
Use a membrane press for full bonding via constant heat and pressure.
Wrapping Profile
Measure and cut the PVC film according to profile size.
Apply the film with a profile wrapping machine along cabinet edges.
Ensure tight, seamless adhesion on curves and edge corners.
Self-Adhesive
Peel off the protective backing of the self-adhesive PVC film.
Align and place the film on the cabinet surface.
Press and smooth gradually to avoid air bubbles and wrinkles.
