1 Overview
The T (B) YCPT series (explosion-proof type) variable frequency speed control permanent magnet three-phase synchronous motor is a fully enclosed self fan cooled permanent magnet three-phase synchronous motor developed and designed by our company. The efficiency indicators comply with the Level 1 efficiency regulations in GB 30253-2013 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors", where the efficiency of the 4-pole motor exceeds the Level 1 efficiency standard by 0.3-0.7 percentage points.
This series of products is powered by a frequency converter and has a constant torque output characteristic of 0-50Hz. When users require speed regulation above 50Hz, please specify when placing an order. Widely used in petrochemical, coal, power, textile, metallurgical enterprises, for dragging various machinery such as fans, pumps, compressors, belt conveyors, machine tools, etc.
The frame numbers of this series of motors are 132~400, and the power level and installation dimensions comply with the provisions of GB/T4772.1 and GB/T4772.2 standards.
2 Product Features
a) The main junction box of the motor is located at the top of the machine base and can be used for left and right outgoing lines, meeting the requirements of users for different outgoing methods;
b) For motors with a base size of 160 or above, stator temperature measurement devices, bearing temperature measurement devices, heaters, and non-stop oil injection and discharge devices can be provided according to user needs;
c) For motors with a base size of 225 or above, bolt holes for adjusting the feet can be provided according to user needs;
d) The electric motor adopts insulation with a thermal classification of 155 (F) level;
e) The working system of the motor is S1, the cooling method is IC411, and the enclosure protection level is IP55;
f) Suitable for various application scenarios, such as "W", "TH", "WTH", "F1", "F2", "WF1" and "WF2", where "w" is for outdoor light corrosion protection; TH is damp heat; WTH stands for outdoor humid heat; F1 is indoor medium anti-corrosion protection; F2 is for indoor strong corrosion prevention; WF1 is designed for outdoor moderate corrosion protection; WF2 stands for outdoor strong corrosion protection;
g) In order to facilitate the connection of loads, C-shaped center holes are reserved on the end faces of the motor shaft extension;
h) For motors with a base size of 132 or above, a drainage valve can be installed at the bottom of the motor base according to user needs;
j) The neodymium iron boron magnetic steel of motor adopts advanced anti-corrosion and high temperature resistant technology, which greatly reduces the risk of aging resistance and demagnetization of magnetic steel; k) The rotor design adopts a sinusoidal surface rotor, which can greatly reduce torque ripple;
l) The motor can maintain high efficiency and power factor within the rated load range of 25% to 120%;
m) Efficient, energy-saving, safe, and environmentally friendly.
