Heavy hammers often have issues with buried hammers and require frequent maintenance, as do most other mechanical instruments. And high dust conditions may exceed the capabilities of non-contact ultrasonic level measurement systems. High frequency frequency frequency modulation radar technology is particularly suitable for level measurement of large solid material silos.
The higher the operating frequency of high-frequency radar, the shorter the electromagnetic wavelength, making it easier to reflect on inclined solid surfaces and have a narrower beam width, which can effectively avoid obstacles. High frequencies also allow the radar to use smaller antennas. The FMCW frequency modulated continuous wave microwave level meter emits and receives signals simultaneously, and emits more microwave signals at the same time, which can reduce the wave loss phenomenon in high dust solid material bin measurement in solid measurement. Therefore, high-frequency frequency modulation radar in solid-state measurement can provide accurate and reliable measurements.
The NATM-LDL600 (26G) series radar level gauge is a non-contact radar level measuring instrument that uses high-frequency pulse principle and outputs 4-20mA standard signal; The antenna has been further optimized and processed, and a new type of fast microprocessor can perform higher speed signal processing, with a measurement distance of up to 70 meters. This enables the instrument to be widely used for measuring the distance, level, volume, weight, and open channel flow of liquids, slurries, and viscous substances, as well as for measuring solid media such as powders, particles, and blocks. Even in very complex measurement conditions with high dust and agitation, stable measurement can still be achieved.
The NATM-LDL800 (80G) series radar level gauge adopts frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. The antenna emits high-frequency frequency modulated radar signals, and the frequency of the radar signal increases linearly. The transmitted radar signal is reflected by the measured medium and received by the same antenna. At the same time, the frequency difference between the transmitted signal frequency and the received signal frequency is proportional to the measured distance. The collected frequency difference signal is subjected to fast Fourier transform (FFT) to obtain the frequency spectrum of the reflected echo, and the distance of the target to be measured is calculated based on this.
