High frequency pulse modulation is an advanced new generation high-voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitators. It uses IGBT as the inverter control device, adopts PWM modulation principle, and combines a unique control algorithm to modulate a primary current of tens to thousands of hertz to drive different types of rectifier transformers. The carrier frequency can reach up to 3200HZ, providing extremely high corona power for the electric field of electrostatic precipitators under harsh working conditions, greatly stimulating the dust collection potential of the electric field, significantly improving dust removal efficiency, and significantly reducing dust emission concentration.
The modular high-frequency pulse modulation power supply has the following technical characteristics:
1. The secondary voltage is smooth, with almost no ripple, approaching pure DC.
2. Good dynamic characteristics of flashover, fast recovery, and can operate at a spark rate of up to 2000 times/minute. It can quickly turn off the flashover current within a delicate level, without the problem of flashover current impact. The flashover is not easy to damage the electrode plates and wires.
3. It has overload, overcurrent, short circuit, and input phase loss protection.
4. Networking allows for the selection of serial communication, Ethernet communication, and bus communication functions.
5. Not affected by load fluctuations, strong corona output.
Modular high-frequency pulse modulation power supply has a wide range of adaptability, especially effective in improving electric fields with high dust concentration, severe power supply enclosure, low primary current, frequent flashover, and voltage to ground. Specially suitable for electrostatic precipitators such as alumina roasting kilns with fine particles and high specific resistance to dust, steel sintering heads, and cement plant kiln tails.
