Installation Method for Micro-Perforated Aluminum Composite Acoustic Panels – Ceiling Suspension

Initial Setup: Measure the ceiling height and mark the reference line for the panels as per the design drawing. This line will help you position the edge trims around the ceiling perimeter.

Drill and Mounting: Select the installation direction and drill suspension holes at ≤1200mm intervals on the ceiling structure. Secure the suspension rods with expansion bolts for added stability.

Positioning Light Steel Keels: Install the light steel keel suspension fittings and adjust them until they are level. Ensure the steel keels are parallel and positioned at the correct height.

Attach Special Hook Keels: Use special hook keels to attach the panels to the steel keels. Check that they are aligned properly and tighten the screws on the suspension fittings.

Panel Hanging: Hang the panels sequentially on the hook keels, ensuring each one fits tightly and securely in place.

Edge Fitting: Based on the site conditions, measure and trim the edge pieces before fixing them to the ceiling.
