1．Product Overview

Prepainted galvanized steel coil is designed for roofing sheets, wall cladding, building panels, and home appliance parts that require both corrosion protection and a finished color surface.

The product combines a hot dipped galvanized steel substrate with an organic paint coating system. The zinc layer provides base metal protection, while the painted surface improves appearance consistency, weatherability, and suitability for visible exterior and interior applications.

2．Technical Solution

The coil uses a galvanized steel substrate with a controlled zinc coating range of 20–275g/m². The surface coating system includes primer and finish paint to support adhesion, appearance stability, and long-term performance during forming and installation.

The top surface uses 10–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron, or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. Available paint systems include polyester, SMP, and PVDF, allowing different selections for standard use, stronger weather resistance, or longer exterior exposure.
