1．Product Overview

EN 10169 DX51D+Z color coated steel coil is used for roofing sheets, wall cladding, building panels, and home appliance parts that require a finished color surface and reliable substrate protection.

The product combines a hot dipped galvanized steel base with a controlled paint coating system. The zinc layer provides corrosion protection for the steel substrate, while the painted surface improves appearance, weatherability, and color consistency for visible applications.

2．Technical Solution

The coil is produced with a galvanized steel substrate and an organic coating system. The zinc coating range is 20–275g/m², allowing selection according to the service environment and required corrosion protection level.

The top surface uses 10–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. Available paint systems include polyester, SMP, and PVDF for different levels of weather resistance and outdoor durability.
