PPGI ASTM A653 prepainted color steel coils are manufactured using hot dipped galvanized steel substrate combined with continuous organic coating technology. The product is suitable for roofing sheets, wall cladding, household appliance panels, and visible construction sheet applications requiring decorative appearance together with corrosion resistance.

The product complies with ASTM A653, JIS G3312/94, GB/T 12754, and EN 10169 standards. The galvanized substrate and painted coating structure provide stable outdoor durability and good downstream forming performance for roofing and panel fabrication.

The product uses galvanized steel substrate with zinc coating range from 20–275g/m2. The exposed surface adopts 10–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, while the reverse side uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include polyester, SMP, and PVDF. Polyester coating is suitable for standard construction projects, SMP improves weather resistance and coating hardness, while PVDF provides stronger UV resistance and longer outdoor service life.
