1．Product Overview
Galvanized steel C channel is widely used in building structures, cable support systems, photovoltaic mounting systems, mechanical frames, electrical installations, and industrial support structures.
The product is manufactured according to JIS G3101 SS400, ASTM A36, EN 10025 S275JR, GB700 Q235B, and Q345B standards. Both pre galvanized and hot dipped galvanized finishes are available for indoor and outdoor corrosion protection requirements.
2．Technical Solution
The C channel adopts hot rolled or formed steel substrate combined with zinc coating protection to improve corrosion resistance in humid, industrial, and outdoor environments.
Pre galvanized products with 60–275g/m² zinc coating are suitable for indoor structural applications and electrical support systems. Hot dipped galvanized products with coating over 450g/m² provide stronger corrosion resistance for outdoor infrastructure, coastal projects, and industrial installations.
Optional slotted hole configurations support flexible installation and connection requirements.
