1．Product Overview
Lightweight corrugated sheet metal panels are designed for roofing, wall cladding, industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, container panels, and general construction applications.
The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel substrate with color coating and corrugated forming. The lightweight structure supports easier handling and installation, while the corrugated profile improves panel rigidity and roof drainage performance.
2．Technical Solution
The panels are manufactured from CGLCC or DX51D+AZ galvalume steel according to JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 standards.
The AZ coating range from 50–180g/m² provides corrosion protection for outdoor use. The coating system includes 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer on the top surface, and 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer on the back surface.
Available paint systems include PE, SMP, PVC, and PVDF for different weather exposure and durability requirements.
