Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) Woven Papers

The raw materials of rust proof woven VCI paper(VCI+) is made of VCI base paper , woven cloth composite with HDPE/PE plastic film, self-developed vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. In the confined packaging space , a certain amount of gas phase corrosion inhibitor can form a uniform and stable anti-rust protective layer in the package, which can effectively inhibit the corrosion of metal products. Poly woven VCI paper(VCI+) has the characteristic of waterproof, moistureproof, puncture resistant.

How VCI paper Works:
◆VCI woven laminated paper is designed to pack steel coil and sheet, increased tear and moisture resistance,ensuring steel against
corrosion&damage.
◆It is heavy-duty packaging material for corrosion protection of cold-rolled plate,silicon steel plate,galvanized plate,tin-coated
plate.
◆Use VCI laminated paper to wrap metal materials for shipment or storage,provides powerful corrosion protection.
