1. The entire pack is enclosed in a blue PVC heat-shrink sleeve, providing standard insulation, moisture resistance, and scratch protection for industrial lithium-ion batteries.
2. Its slim, elongated rectangular shape indicates it is assembled from multiple cells (typically 18650 cylindrical cells) via a custom series-parallel configuration. This form factor is tailored to fit narrow battery compartments, such as those found in electric scooters or specialized instruments.

• Wiring & Connector Design

The pack is equipped with a multi-pin white connector (most commonly a PH/XH-style header) and features several red and black wires.

1. This multi-wire configuration typically includes: main power positive/negative leads, voltage balancing taps, and an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) temperature sensor wire. This is characteristic of packs with built-in balancing and status monitoring, allowing the BMS (Battery Management System) to manage the voltage and temperature of each cell string individually.
