Key Features:​

(1) O-type Nickel-Plated Copper Ring Lug Sensing Head

• The circular metal terminal supports M3/M4/M5 screw locking, fits tightly on battery aluminum plates, motor heat sinks and metal surfaces.
• High thermal conductivity realizes fast temperature conduction, enabling real-time and accurate temperature sampling.
• Internal built-in NTC thermistor (standard 10K 3950 B-value, customizable resistance).
• Encapsulated by black soft injection rubber shell, IP54 dustproof and splash-proof, shock absorption, isolated from short-circuit risk.

(2) Gray Anti-interference Shielded Signal Wire

• Two-core shielded PVC wire can block electromagnetic interference from drone motors, inverters and high-frequency equipment to avoid signal drift.
• Multi-strand tinned copper inner core with excellent flexibility, withstand thousands of repeated bending without breakage.
• Black heat shrink tubes reinforce the joint between wire and sensor housing to prevent cracking during vibration.

(3) 2P Anti-drop Plastic Lock Connector

• White flame-retardant PA66 plastic shell with yellow elastic snap lock, firmly locked to prevent disconnection under vehicle/drone bumping.
• Tin-plated copper pins inside with low contact resistance, DC 300V rated voltage, 2A single pin current load.
• Plug-and-play design for easy assembly and maintenance disassembly.

• All raw materials comply with RoHS lead-free environmental standards.
• Wide operating temperature range: -40℃ ~ +125℃ for sensing probe, -20℃ ~ +80℃ for signal wire.
