Connector Introduction:

• Yellow Connector: XT60 Male Plug

1. Widely used high-current plug for drones, FPV quadcopters and lithium battery packs
2. Gold-plated brass terminals for stable conductivity, continuous current support up to 60A
3. Flame-retardant yellow nylon housing, anti-spark & reverse polarity prevention design
4. Standard wiring: Red wire = positive pole, Black wire = negative pole

• White Connector: Large Tamiya Female Socket

1. Also called 6.3mm Tamiya plug, common on RC buggies, crawlers, electric toy cars and energy storage batteries
2. 6.3mm thick metal tabs for medium-high power transmission
3. Built-in locking buckle to prevent accidental disconnection, white flame-resistant plastic shell

Wire Structure & Craft:

1. Wire Material: Red & black high-temperature silicone wire (common specs: 14/16/18AWG), flexible, bend-resistant and low heat generation under heavy load
2. Strain Relief: Black heat shrink tubing wrapped at wire-connector joint, anti-breakage and reinforced insulation
3. Unified Polarity: Positive/negative poles match perfectly on both ends to avoid short circuit or reverse connection

3. Keep the connector away from water, dust, oil and corrosive environments to ensure long-term stable conductivity and avoid poor contact.

4. Do not bend or squeeze the wire sharply for a long time; reasonable wiring protection can extend the service life of the harness.

5. For drone and flight model applications, check the locking buckle condition before flight to ensure firm connection and prevent mid-air disconnection.
