Description:
As a drilling mud transformer, the mud tank is an indispensable part of the mud tank system.
Its function is to store and carry the mud from the well bits to the mud pump. Through the corresponding solid control equipment on the tank and the centrifugal pump, screw pump etc. The solid phase particles in the mud are separated step by step. And through the mud weighting mixing and jet mud mixing system, the drilling mud is prepared to make it meet the drilling process requirements.
The mud tank system consists of equipment that contributes to the storage, mixing, circulation, and purification of drilling fluid. Drilling fluid is very useful and large volumes are used in connection with drilling a well. The mud tank system aims to make clean mud and mud recycling. It can be divided into 3 parts as below:
Loosening the soil, when opening up the rock and soil will inevitably produce mud.
When the drill bit continues working, there is to generate a large of heat. The bits would be broken, the drilling mud recycling will make the bits cool.
The drilling mud recycling storage in mud tanks will Stif the holes that have already been drilled.
