ZJ90 Drilling Rig Supporting Equipment Rig Drilling Machine
ZJ90 Land Drilling Rig is a heavy‑duty modular skid‑mounted drilling unit purpose‑built for ultra‑deep on‑shore oil‑gas exploration, with nominal drilling depth reaching up to 9000 meters and maximum hook load of 6750 kN. Manufactured complying with relevant API specifications, this 3000‑HP rig supports AC‑VFD electric drive, delivering powerful torque output and precise speed regulation for high‑temperature‑high‑pressure wells, deep exploratory wells and complex directional wells.
Its high‑strength
heavy‑load sub‑structure adopt optimized welding‑forging composite process, offering outstanding structural stability under extreme desert, cold plateau and other harsh well‑site conditions. The complete package integrates drawworks, rotary table, top‑drive interface, mud circulation system and central control cabin, realizing centralized monitoring and safety interlock protection for all operating units.
Modular skid layout simplifies disassembly, transportation and onsite assembly. The rig can be flexibly configured with BOP stack, solids‑control system and auxiliary equipment. It is widely deployed for ultra‑deep well projects, providing reliable heavy‑duty drilling capacity for global oil‑gas operators.
