API 8C Power Swivel for Oil Extraction
The power tap for oil extraction is a key equipment used in oilfield operations to rotate drill or pipe strings, mainly for well repair, drilling, logging and other operations. It provides rotational power to replace traditional turntable or top drive systems, improving operational efficiency and safety.
Product Description
Rotating power output: drives the drill string or tubing to rotate, completing drilling, milling, sand flushing and other operations.
High pressure seal: Built in rotary sealing system to prevent drilling fluid or high-pressure fluid leakage.
Load bearing: bear the weight (hanging weight) and torque of the drill string, while allowing rotation.
Integrated design: usually integrates power, transmission, and control systems to simplify wellhead operations.
Power module: Hydraulic motor or electric motor provides rotational power.
Spindle assembly: High strength alloy steel spindle, transmitting torque and suspension weight.
Bearing system: Anti impact bearing group, supporting axial and radial loads.
Sealing system: Multi channel mechanical seal, suitable for high pressure and corrosive media.
Shell and lifting ring: The protective structure also serves as a lifting point for easy installation.
High torque output: suitable for high resistance working conditions such as deep wells and horizontal wells.
Variable frequency/hydraulic control: stepless speed regulation, matching different job requirements.
High temperature and high pressure resistance: Designed to adapt to underground high temperatures (up to 150 ℃) and high pressures (above 35MPa).
Remote monitoring: Integrated sensors monitor parameters such as speed, torque, temperature, etc.
Workover operations: such as rotating sand flushing, unblocking, and drilling plugs.
Continuous tubing operation: Cooperate with a continuous tubing machine for directional drilling or well flushing.
Directional/horizontal well: precise control of the rotation angle of the drill string.
Environmental protection work: reduce the risk of drilling fluid leakage and minimize pollution.
The power swivel is a device of the workover rig to provide rotational power. In addition to being used for workover operations such as casing milling, grinding milling, drilling cement plugs, bridge plugs, and salvage, it can also be used for drilling operations such as window sidetracking, drilling open hole wells, and coring. This product is designed and manufactured according to API 8C.
