Description:
The DQ90 Top‑Drive Equipment is a high‑power variable‑frequency top drive unit developed specifically for 9000‑meter‑class ultra‑deep well drilling projects. Manufactured to meet API 8‑C specifications, it is optimized for harsh field environments including deep exploratory wells, high‑temperature high‑pressure formations and sour gas working conditions.
Featuring upgraded high‑torque motor configuration, the equipment outputs stable and powerful rotary torque under heavy hook‑load conditions. Reinforced main body structure, strengthened traveling block connection structure and heavy‑duty circulating swivel assembly extend service life under long‑term continuous operation. The integrated IBOP valve group provides reliable well control guarantee when handling complex downhole conditions.
Human‑oriented control system realizes real‑time data collection of torque, rotating speed and load parameters. Multiple safety interlock mechanisms effectively avoid operational mis‑operation risks. Modular component design enables quick‑change maintenance on site and shortens equipment downtime.
Mainly deployed for ultra‑deep vertical wells, directional wells and complex exploratory wells, DQ90 top drive can be perfectly matched with supporting land drilling rigs. Optional anti‑hydrogen‑sulfur corrosion version is offered to satisfy various demanding oil‑gas exploration requirements worldwide.
