Solid Control System Equipment of Oil Drilling Equipment
Solid control equipment is the core set of drilling fluid purification and treatment. It progressively cleans, removes impurities from, and conditions the dirty drilling fluid returning from the bottom hole that carries cuttings and solids, ensuring stable drilling fluid performance, enabling recycling and reuse, and providing energy-saving and environment-friendly operation. It is essential supporting equipment for continuous drilling operations.
1. Shale Shaker: The primary purification device. Through high-frequency vibrating screening, it rapidly separates large cuttings and solid impurities from the drilling fluid, serving as the first stage of the solid control process.
2. Desander and Desilter: The secondary and tertiary purification devices. Based on the principle of centrifugal separation, they respectively remove sand-sized particles and fine silt-sized particles from the drilling fluid, refining the precision of drilling fluid purification.
3. Centrifuge: A high-precision purification device that separates fine solid particles and precisely controls the solids content of the drilling fluid, adapting to the requirements of deep wells and high-pressure formation drilling.
4. Vacuum Degasser: Removes air, natural gas, and other gases mixed into the drilling fluid, preventing gas-cut drilling fluid from causing pressure imbalance and well control risks, and ensuring stable drilling fluid performance.
5. Mud Agitator: Continuously stirs the drilling fluid to prevent additive settling and solids stratification, ensuring uniform and stable drilling fluid density and viscosity.
