The Pushing in Fixed‑Pawl Type Rig Skidding Device is a hydraulic whole-rig moving system designed for cluster well drilling operations. Adopting fixed pawl pushing structure, the equipment provides stable thrust to realize step-by-step lateral movement of the entire drilling rig on the well pad without substructure.
High-strength alloy steel pawls and slide beams are adopted to withstand heavy rig load and resist impact during reciprocating pushing movement. Independent hydraulic power pack and synchronous control system ensure balanced propulsion and prevent offset during rig shifting. The fixed pawl locking mechanism delivers excellent safety performance, avoiding slipping risks under heavy load.
The system adapts to rugged, dusty oilfield ground conditions. It simplifies rig relocation workflow, cuts transfer time and reduces manual work. Various load capacity models can be customized to match different land drilling rigs. It is reliable skidding equipment widely used for onshore cluster well oil and gas development.
