Medium-Pressure High-Pressure Manifold: Rated pressure 35 MPa, mostly used for conventional land drilling in shallow and medium-deep wells, matched with 500 and 800-type drilling pumps.
High-Pressure Manifold: Rated pressure 70 MPa, the mainstream configuration for deep land wells, matched with F1300 and F1600 high-power drilling pumps.
Ultra-High-Pressure Manifold: Rated pressure 105 MPa, used for 10,000-meter ultra-deep wells, high-pressure oil and gas wells, and offshore platform drilling, matched with the F2200 high-power drilling pump.
2. By Operating Environment
Land Drilling High-Pressure Manifold: Emphasizes wear resistance and vibration resistance, adapting to field environments such as deserts, gobi, and mountainous areas; dust-proof and easy to assemble/disassemble.
Offshore Platform High-Pressure Manifold: Besides high-pressure resistance and wear resistance, the entire assembly is given an anti-corrosion coating to resist marine salt-spray corrosion. The structure is compact to fit the confined space of the platform, and is equipped with a waste-fluid collection structure to prevent drilling fluid leakage from polluting the ocean.

Adopted high strength alloy steel/carbon steel appropriate to specific pressure rating, strict heat treatment technique, rigid quality control as per APl Spec 16C ;
Equivalent to FMC WECO style Hammer Union with identical size to ensure easy replacement;
APl Standard LP/NPT, Tubing threaded, and butt-weld end connection available;
Complete line of standard service and sour gas wing unions in size from 1"-12" with working pressure up to 20000psi, Sour service conform to NACE specification;
Quality and full style of hammer union seals can be provided in Buna-N, Viton, and Buna-N/Viton with a brass ring, Buna-N/Viton with a stainless steel ring, and Teflon. There are 80 Nitrile, 80 Viton, 90 Viton or upon request.
The same figure number, size, and pressure rating are interchangeable, making it easy to match male and female subs that are frequently made-up and broken-out.
