Product Description
Basic functions hanging Tail Pipe: Hang the tail pipe column inside the upper layer of casing (such as technical casing) to prevent it from falling into the wellbore.
Sealing annulus: The annulus between the tail pipe and the upper casing is isolated by sealing components such as elastic sealing rings or metal seals to prevent fluid flow.
Cementing channel: Provides a circulation channel for cementing cement to ensure smooth return of cement slurry outside the tail pipe.
Post operation interface: provides a foundation for subsequent well completion and production measures (such as fracturing).
Main types Mechanical suspension: Relying on Slip or threaded mechanical locking on the upper casing. The structure is simple, but the sealing performance is relatively weak.
Hydraulic suspension system: Activate by pitching or holding pressure to push the Kava open and seal. Better sealing performance, suitable for high-pressure wells.
Rotating tailpipe hanger: Allow the tail pipe to rotate after suspension, facilitating even distribution of cement slurry during well cementing.
Recyclable hanger: Specially designed for easy removal or well repair in the later stage.
Core structure kava Components: serrated metal blocks that bite into the casing wall to secure the tail pipe.
Sealing assembly: Rubber or metal sealing ring to ensure the sealing of the annular space.
Sealing mechanism: mechanically or hydraulically driven, triggering the slip and seal.
Central tube: connects the tail tube to the main body of the hanger.
Circulation valve: Open during cementing and close after completion.
Homework process lower the tail pipe string: Connect the hanger to the tail pipe and lower it into the well to the design position.
Sitting hanging device: By throwing a ball, holding pressure, or mechanical operation, the Kava is opened and fixed.
Well cementing operation: Inject cement slurry and fill the outer annulus of the tail pipe through the circulation hole of the hanger.
Release: After completing cementing, release the connection between the tail pipe and the drilling tool.
Sealing test: Verify the sealing performance of the hanger.
