4. Can I get samples? Absolutely, we are delighted to offer complimentary samples (up to 200grams). Should you require more, a nominal sample fee and shipping costs are applicable, borne by the customer. However,the sample fee is redeemable against your subsequent order.
5. How can you guarantee the product quality? With an adept QC and QA team, we meticulously oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished product. Moreover, we utilize a comprehensive suite of detection instrumentsto ensure the highest standards of quality are consistently met.
6. Can you offer customized packaging? Absolutely, every product can be tailored with packaging that meets your precise specifications.
7. What's the payment terms? We accept L/C at sight, 30% TT in advance, and are open to other negotiable terms agreeable to both parties, offering flexibility to suit your financial arrangements.
