Double Isolation from Contamination: For containers like pharmaceutical bottles and cosmetic bottles that have extremely high hygiene requirements, double bagging provides a dual - protection barrier. The outer bag can block external pollutants such as dust and bacteria, and the inner bag further ensures the isolation of the bottle body from the outside world, greatly reducing the risk of the empty bottles being contaminated during warehousing and transportation, and ensuring the hygienic safety of subsequent pharmaceutical and cosmetic filling.
Prevention of Scratches: During the packaging and transportation process, friction may occur between empty bottles and with other items. Double bagging can effectively reduce such direct contact, prevent scratches and abrasions on the surface of the bottle body, and keep the appearance of the bottles intact, which is particularly important for cosmetic bottles that have relatively high requirements for appearance.
Dual Sealing Assurance: A single bag may be difficult to achieve absolute sealing due to factors such as the sealing process and material characteristics. Double bagging can further enhance the sealing performance, preventing moisture, peculiar smells, etc. from entering the inside of the package. For containers such as pharmaceutical bottles and cosmetic bottles that have certain requirements for the storage environment, it can better maintain their quality and avoid affecting subsequent use due to factors such as moisture.
