Description
The full-servo Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) offers significant advantages in fully automatic plastic empty bottle packaging machines. Its functions cover the entire packaging process and can meet core production requirements. This system is equipped with excellent precise control capabilities, which can minimize errors in processes such as conveying, positioning, and sealing. In the conveying process, through real-time monitoring and motor adjustment, it can ensure the stable movement of plastic bottles of different specifications (from 50ml to 2L) and avoid collisions. In the positioning process, it can achieve accurate alignment with sealing and labeling stations according to the differences in plastic bottles of different materials such as PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and PE (Polyethylene), as well as different bottle shapes. In the sealing process, it can adjust the pressure and operation rhythm; even for irregularly shaped bottle mouths or thin-walled plastic bottles, it can achieve tight sealing, ensuring the stability of packaging quality.
Notably, this system can meet the production demand of "multi-specification and rapid model change". When changing bottle types, operators only need to input the parameters of the new bottle type (such as diameter, height, and bottle mouth specification) on the touchscreen. The system will then call the preset program, adjust the parameters of the servo mechanism and the settings of the grabbing and sealing devices, and greatly shorten the downtime during the model change process. This "parameterized model change" mode is suitable for the scenario of alternating production of multiple varieties, effectively improving the equipment's ability to respond quickly to market orders. In addition, the system also has energy-saving characteristics: the load-adaptive motor can reduce power consumption under low-load working conditions; the simplified transmission structure can reduce mechanical wear, lower maintenance costs, and extend the service life of the equipment. In terms of intelligence, the system can upload operating data, support remote monitoring and fault early warning, and at the same time have a remote debugging function, improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
