It uses constant-temperature sealing (replacing instant-heat transformer systems) to create airtight, straight-line seals that meet pharmaceutical-grade standards—critical for milk bottles to prevent leakage or contamination. Unlike instant-heat systems, which risk incomplete seals or film burns from minor temperature fluctuations, our constant-temperature technology maintains steady heat output, guaranteeing uniform, reliable seals batch after batch.
The multi-servo, multi-link design enables one-click adjustment for multiple milk bottle specifications, with bottle type switching completed in just 10 minutes—slashing downtime during size changes.
Equipped with an optional high-speed servo bottle sorter, it boosts throughput to match milk bottle packaging line needs. Notably, in collaboration with Mengniu, we’ve achieved a production capacity of 10,000 bottles per hour. Even for larger formats, it maintains exceptional performance.
The latest bottle-feeding models eliminate the need for an additional dispenser: single-channel capacity hits 8,000 bottles/hour, while 4-channel systems reach 30,000/hour, easily handling diverse milk bottle sizes and shapes.
Ethernet-controlled servos enhance precision, response speed, and stability with simplified circuitry—vital for accurate positioning of milk bottles. Multi-channel automatic feeding enables high-speed packaging and seamless integration with blow-molding, leak-detection, and labeling lines, creating a streamlined production flow.
Quick bag changes (completed in 1 minute) and multi-formula storage (with one-click parameter recall) further optimize efficiency, even for larger milk bottle packaging. Side-push package handling simplifies bag replacement, while fast bottle changeovers minimize downtime.
