It features a non-standard single-sided groove aluminium alloy frame, which not only offers strong load-bearing capacity to stably support the equipment during bottle conveying and bagging but also undergoes surface electrophoretic treatment. This treatment enhances the frame’s corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, keeping the machine’s appearance high-end and atmospheric even after long-term use in factory environments with dust or minor moisture.
In terms of configuration, the machine adopts a high-end setup to ensure efficient operation. It is equipped with a bottle pushing-into-bag mechanism and a misalignment servo motor, both sourced from first-line brands at home and abroad. The misalignment servo motor enables precise control of the bottle pushing trajectory, avoiding bottle jams or misalignment during the bagging process, while the reliable brand components reduce the risk of failures and extend the machine’s service life.
Bagging operations are made convenient by the machine’s thoughtful design: other key parts use non-standard cylinders that allow easy adjustment of stroke and pressure according to the size of empty bottles (such as 500ml beverage bottles or 1L cosmetic bottles), eliminating the need for complex mechanical modifications. Additionally, it is fitted with a Siemens PLC, which boasts strong program compatibility—supporting quick integration with existing production line control systems and enabling flexible updates of packaging programs as needed.
The machine’s program is pre-installed with various bottle arranging methods, to meet the packaging needs of different bottle shapes (including round, square, and irregularly shaped empty bottles). This allows for convenient switching between bottle types, significantly reducing downtime during product changeovers. Moreover, its internal platform is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food-grade hygiene standards, ensuring no contamination to empty bottles (especially those for food, beverages, or pharmaceuticals) and facilitating easy cleaning to comply with strict industry hygiene requirements.
